Turkey’s Ziraat bank closes $1.3 billion syndicated loan.

Ziraat Bank of Turkey announced that it had completed a $1.3 billion, 367-day syndicated loan in two tranches of $423 million and 779 million euros ($850.4 million).

Emirates NBD Capital and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC arranged the loan.

Ziraat Bank, founded in 1863, offers the greatest range of banking services in Turkey and has a 12% market share in total assets. The Bank provides comprehensive financial services as a national and regional power.
