Ashley Drummonds is the founder and CEO of ABC Protein Pancakes company. She works in the gym most of the time. Her passion lies in bodybuilding and the general physical mentality of human beings.
If you could be in the same shoe as me, then you could be speaking about this story in a painful mood. I struggled with depression. My life was full of ups and downs, but I tried to move.
After school, I was just 20 years when I started meditation about the meaning of life. And in a real sense, those 15 minutes per day were worthy of being cherished. As a young girl, I wanted to get the best way to help me achieve success and happiness at the same time.
As time went by, I got married in an unstable relationship which we divorced after a short period. At this moment, I lost many friends and a house. My job at that time was sucking, and I struggled with anxiety. However, I knew that its time to change my paths.
Later, one of my friends introduced me to the gym, which I call home. It was the source of my happiness. I created a timetable, and the daily working routine strengthened my muscles. It also made me be strong and have self-confidence. I even became obsessed with gymnastics. My mind wanted to understand each individual’s mental, emotional, nutrition, and physical body.
I read a lot of books to gather knowledge. Sometimes I look in the mirror and ask myself, ‘Did Ashley Drummonds accomplish her goal?’. At this moment, I started writing some goals and the dreams I had thought of when I was young. I combined everything with my daily meditation, and my brain was programmed to re-write my second story.
The workout did not just help my physical muscles, but I succeeded even in my business endeavors. So, I started thinking about a fitness career. But, for real, I could help many individuals live a good life. I took a NASM course and became a certified Personnel Trainer. From my experience, I set up a training business, where I have worked for almost 11 years.
Throughout my journey, I have learned a lot. Thousands of individuals have succeeded in their physical goals. My way of tackling my mind and body is slightly different. I want my clients to have strength, self-confidence, and well-being. From my experience, I have seen people lose 200 pounds. My duty is to help people feel strong, confident, and empowered when they walk out of my routine.
You cannot have one source of income, so I opted for something that relates to bodybuilding. In addition, the University of YouTube helped me understand the best food to eat while working out.

Unfortunately, some consumed food chemicals are toxic to the body. They result in body imbalance, which affects muscle growth. For a long time, I struggled with an imbalance in the rate of hormonal production, and it wasn’t very good.
The body itself knows its functionalities. Our main role is to provide the best food with the required nutrients, exercise, and stay in a clean environment. Nutrition is one of the journeys to success. The task is finding the best nutrition that fits your body.

That led to the formation of ABS Protein Pancakes. It’s the food that made the ABS company successful and famous. It was a single product that drove me to add more. I collected the world’s favorite ingredients and then created my natural products. I wanted my clients to exercise and consume the best meals for bodybuilding.
On my way, I was researching a lot about the next way to help my customers find the best natural solutions to mental health.
I ventured into Shark Tank. I was among the millionaires who stake their money in this project. My investment has made me feature in great places like Forbes, Oxygen Magazine, Eat This and Not That, etc.
I focused more on ABC Protein Pancakes by providing samples of natural foods. Before releasing any products in the market, I ensure it is in good design and taste.
Mindset is one of my key areas whenever a client approaches me. It helps to overcome low self-esteem and anxiety. It makes one stay disciplined and focus on future goals.
