SoulCycle Helps Find Your Body and Soul

SoulCycle, a New York based fitness startup, helps to build not only your body but also your mind!

Co-founders Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice built the company wanting to make workouts enjoyable. SoulCycle offers “inspirational coaching with high-energy music” to customers that make their cycling engaging and strengthening them both mentally and physically.

The workout part of SoulCycle helps build your body while the instructors find your soul with you. The company has many instructors you can choose from. They all include a picture of themselves and a short introduction that help you get to know them before picking your own instructor.

If you are not sure about how the workout will help you and just want to try out, SoulCycle provides a first-time discounted $20 for one class. A complete price list can be found here.
