Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Responds to Male Producer’s Sexual Assault Allegations

Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, is facing a fifth lawsuit involving sexual assault allegations. Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has filed a lawsuit in a New York court accusing Combs of sexual assault and forcing him to engage in sexual activities with sex workers. This suit follows similar allegations made by four other accusers.

Jones claims that he was a victim of unwanted groping and sexual touching while working with Combs on his latest album. According to court documents, Jones lived and traveled with Combs between September 2022 and November 2023. The lawsuit alleges that Jones was drugged and woke up naked, confused, and in bed with two sex workers and Combs.

Furthermore, the suit accuses Combs of “grooming him to pass him off to his friends” and engaging in serious illegal activities. The court documents include photos from parties at Combs’ house, suggesting the presence of underage girls and sex workers supplied with drugs.

Other defendants named in the lawsuit include Combs’ son Justin, his chief of staff Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam. The suit alleges that these individuals and entities failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise Combs, his son, and his chief of staff.

In response to the lawsuit, Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, stated that the claims were “pure fiction” and that there was overwhelming, indisputable proof that the allegations were lies. Holley mentioned that they would address the “outlandish allegations” in court and take appropriate action against those making them.

This legal action follows a lawsuit filed by Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, in November, alleging rape and years of sexual and physical abuse. The lawsuit was settled amicably two days later. Sean Combs has consistently denied all allegations against him, stating in December that he would fight for his name, family, and the truth.

It is important to note that these are legal allegations, and the legal process will determine the outcome of the case.
