Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM.O) said on Monday that it would acquire Israel’s Autotalks Ltd., which produces processors for crash-prevention technology.

Qualcomm announced last year that its automotive business “pipeline” has grown to $30 billion, up $10 billion since July.

Snapdragon Digital Chassis, utilized by automakers and suppliers, was attributed to the increase. The Snapdragon Digital Chassis offers assisted and automated driving, in-car entertainment, and cloud connection.
