Bob van Dijk has resigned as chief executive officer at both the Dutch-listed technology investor Prosus NV (PRX.AS) and its South African parent company Naspers (NPNJn.J), the businesses announced on Monday.

According to a statement released by both firms, Van Dijk, who has served as CEO of Naspers since 2014 and Prosus since 2019, has indicated that he will continue as a consultant until September 30, 2024.

Ervin Tu will immediately step into the acting chief executive officer job for each of the enterprises.
The global consumer internet businesses issued a statement declaring that their group’s strategic goals have not changed and that they are on track to deliver on their pledges.
