Aaron Marino is an American entrepreneur and businessman. He helps millions of gentlemen to look smart. His journey was full of ups and downs, but he became a hero.
I dreamed of having a gym in my homestead when I was growing up. It was a life-changing moment when I discovered fitness at a younger age. That was the only way I could escape from depression. The first day I opened my gym room, I felt something smooth walking in my stomach. As time went by, the dreams looked like they were dying again. At 32, life went the opposite way as I had thought. I started driving a beer cart to pay debts. I was bankrupt. My family depended on me, and I felt like a failure to my kids.
In early 2006, my wife decided to buy a video camera as a birthday gift. I had no clue what I should do with it. It sat in one corner for almost a year. Immediately I went bankrupt; different thoughts started ringing in my mind. It was the only gadget I could use to earn a living.
I decided to learn and offer some image consultation to my friends and people around me. Within a few days, I was on a VH1 reality show. Unfortunately, I had no experience, and it was just trial and error. The director noticed that, and I was chased out of Vivica Fox’s show. So I went ahead and opened a YouTube channel and uploaded my content.
My first instinct was about men’s style and simple advice. That is where my journey kicked off on the right path. Aaron Marino was following his passion, and fate brought him back. I posted a video, and some viewers posted some comments. “Aaron Marino, what should I wear tomorrow?”. That statement drove me crazy. So, I posted videos every week as I offer image consultancy to local clients. Finally, after one year, my YouTube income began flowing in.
I had thousands of subscribers and viewers. In 2015, I brainstormed the next step to take and utilize my brand. I set up Pete and Pedro’s startup, which aimed at grooming men. The first month brought negative results, and I vowed to seek help from an experienced stylist. All my operations were taking place in my bedroom. I had no central office to work from, but customers received their luggage safely. Over the years, Pete & Pedro has hit a million-dollar revenue.
In 2017, I decided to collaborate with bigger brands to expand my traffic. Rob and Kelly accepted my partnership offer, and I learned about men’s skincare. From the outfit, I started offering skin care services to men. It was my third source of income.
Aaron Marino was yearning for more income. As I offered those designs, I realized that we had clients who wanted a pair of sunglasses. And this cost them a lot. So I set up ENEMY, my sunglass brand, to offer a quality product at a fair price. In 2019, I launched the company, and it has evolved faster.
To the younger Aaron Marino, stay focused and keep on trying. First, you have to test different things to identify your passion. Then, when life gives you a challenge, stand up and continue pushing.
Although my life has more failures, they made me stronger. There are a lot of lessons and opportunities that came along within some difficult moments. Your main aim is to help many individuals feel confident in their dress mode. Feel free to contact my brand for creative fashions and designs.
