Maryna Shkvorets is a persuasive speech Introvert Coach and an entrepreneur. She runs an online program to change your mood from gloomy to joyful. A client engages with other introverts to discuss certain issues that can change their life.
The persuasive programs are mainly concerned with the fear of being alone. So first, Maryna Shkvorets teaches how to speak out and get the attention of others. Then, after being confident enough, you can get to your best zone, relax and give out your speech.
Maryna Shkvorets offers free resources like books and podcasts to make life engaging. After completing her course, you will become confident in every task or speech you give.
Some people might go blank when you ask a specific question. Other people become anxious when standing in front of a large crowd. These are the best clients I deal with because they are in a situation that affected my life at a specific point.
After realizing I had that issue, I had to do something and develop strategies that could be helpful. I still have little fear, but it doesn’t take control of my body. Life requires people who engage in trial and error. This has been of great advantage, and I can talk throughout while keeping my attention.
I can’t believe I moved from a fearful, nervous, and boring lady to a persuasive and courageous one. If you want to speak in front of the multitude, much energy is required. So many people have consulted me about public speaking tips. After attending my lessons, they realize I am coaching different things from what they discovered through research. I questioned how I could put all this information to become an advisor for some years. Then something ran in my mind that introverts are the most affected by fear. That’s when I set up Persuasive Speaking and Coaching practice for introverts.
On a typical day, I wake up at 5:00 am to indulge in my morning routines. This ensures I remain creative throughout the day. In the evening, I draft my todo-list for tomorrow. During the day, I will answer significant emails and pick up calls to follow up about a client presentation. Finally, when the D-day for client presentation is almost around, I will arrange daily meetings to engage them in activities that add courage. We need to collect maximum energy to win.
To add to that, I do set aside an hour to update my online course or add new content. Another moment I will write two blogs per week or release a short vlog. Most of my content is on LinkedIn, my blog, and YouTube.
My schedule is tight, and I have to strictly follow it to remain motivated. But, then, I have learned to appreciate the small achievements I make within the day. If someone comes back to appreciate my lessons, I feel like I am a qualified professional in what I do.
Most of the time, when I am talking to a client, I find an inspiration sentence in between. Such a thing will drive me towards doing a podcast on the same issues. When I hear a complaint like someone is being ignored at the workplace, it inspires me to expand my course to that level. Even interacting with my kids drives me to do something different.
If it’s a challenging idea, I have to note it down. We are humans, and we forget easily. I don’t push myself on an idea. Focusing on other things makes it sink deep. When I return later, other ideas about the same come up. I believe every day has its blessing. Later, I will schedule a time to tackle each idea on a single day.
It fascinates me when many entrepreneurs and founders give inspirational talks on stage. This is the best time to expand your audience as you share your passion and vision. It’s a good moment that people have realized you don’t need to be born courageous to become a motivational speaker. Anyone can drive a negative attitude and give a perfect speech.
You don’t even need my classes, and you can conquer it yourself. Just try to exercise, speaking in front of your family members, you will learn a lot. Also, speaking in front of a large multitude makes you connect with new clients in your business.
To stay productive, I never miss my morning routine, schedule my days and focus on end goals. These morning routines include meditation, workouts, and journaling. They make my brain remain creative. The routine makes me feel okay about my health, which is self-motivation.
My tight schedule ensures that all the tasks have received maximum attention. I also put a deadline to work with boundaries. I can recommend the readers to do so. Whenever I shift my focus to inspiration and goals, I remember all the people who have contributed to my success. Sometimes I get overwhelmed when a client texts, “All your tips have worked for me.” It makes me keep delivering what I do.
To a younger Maryna Shkvorets, you need to cultivate your mental health. You will realize you are good at one thing and bad at others. But as you grow, you will realize how everything is possible when you set up your mind to be positive. As time went by, I wasn’t limiting myself. Currently, I can do computer programming, do some fine art, and offer an engaging speech. My mind has grown, and that’s how my coaching principle increases.

People say that you will catch the crowd’s attention when you give a speech out of passion, which is a total lie. To be good at public speaking, you need to do it repeatedly. You cannot wake up out of passion and talk to a large crowd of people. But if you train from a smaller audience, you remain consistent; your passion will impact your effort.
If you find yourself giving a talk that’s not engaging, then that’s the end. But if you know how to bring out boring stories with better soup, your audience will like it. That’s where passion meets a friend and becomes perfect talk.
I read many books on presentation and public speaking to grow my business. If you are anxious about what you offer, you will never grow. As a profession, if you want to succeed, you have to avoid turning back on negative results.
Suppose you are going to give a talk, you need to set up some strategies. Next, detach yourself from fear and plan what you want to talk about. Finally, rehearse with your friends, team, or church members on the last touches. I don’t give a one-answer instruction; that one is found in many business books.
Failing is always part of life, but it is a learning process. When you set your goal to learn something, this is a positive thing. I have taken time teaching my brain how to learn from failures. To be real, I fought with my attitude to accept things I could not change.
For those individuals looking for a business idea, you can set up a business to connect investors and founders. Whenever I talk with many entrepreneurs, we discuss how we can improve their products. But, unfortunately, some of them get afraid because their struggle in business is real. The lesson, no support from investors makes them struggle a lot.
I enrolled in a fitness class the last time I had $100 cash. That’s where I met a fitness coach who taught me what I needed to remain strong at. Currently, I can relate the exercise I need to perform as per my career.
Furthermore, if you pay for some service, you do it seriously. That’s the moment you utilize the available resources because you want to spend up to your last coin. It’s more important than watching a YouTube video. I enjoy the fitness lessons.
To the technology industry, I appreciate Calendly software developers. The web app can sync into my calendar and make some reminders. On most occasions, I will send a link to a different client who chose the perfect moment available. I prefer giving the link over my contact information on social media and my website.
For those in love with inspiration books, read Carol Dwek’s novel “Mindset.” While I was starting my career, I read the book thrice. It opens your eyes that you can do anything without natural talent. Another powerful story by Susan Cain, “Quiet,.” It has been an inspiration to my life. However, I recommend this book to introverts on conquering their silent moments.
A Chinese proverb says, “The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”. This means you don’t have to procrastinate on things that can be done now. Don’t regret anything you never tried. Don’t wait to be forced by someone.
