MAGNUM is acclaimed for its delectable ice cream treats. The company joyously celebrates its 25th anniversary in a variety of fun and exhilarating ways. MAGNUM has been running a humongous campaign since Apr. At this time they added the strapline “celebrating 25 years of pleasure” by MAGNUM’s newly released, gold lined packaging. In this campaign, they initiated a “Pleasure Hunt”, which many enjoyed participating in via the internet. This game was a single or multi-player activity in which the results could be shared. The game required the participant to collect various balloons. These balloons were scattered throughout website pages. This activity yielded tremendous success.
More recently, MAGNUM celebrated its 25th anniversary in Cannes with Kylie Minogue. The company partied luxuriously on La Croisette during the Cannes Film Festival.
In a silver Dolce & Gabbana gown, Kylie Minogue held a captivating, private concert on Magnum Beach. A large crowd of her fans tried to get into the party, loitering at its entrance. She indulged the audience to some of her biggest hits such as “Love At First Sight” and “Kiss Me Once”. Minogue even finished off her concert with a rendition of Happy Birthday, which she directed towards MAGNUM.
In order to celebrate their big anniversary, MAGNUM has released a limited edition ice cream with Marc de Champagne. This treat contains Marc de Champagne ice cream topped with Marc de Champagne sauce within their classically delicious, chocolate shell. The shell also has a glamorous silver finish.
Following the concert, guests of MAGNUM’S exclusive party were given the limited edition treat. These tasty bars were distributed from the top of a sensational, silver ice cream cake.
Also in honor of their anniversary, MAGNUM has worked with Henry Holland. Holland has designed a unique dress, with only 25 copies existing, worth an estimated $7,000 . Those who beat the #MagnumDressCode competition online this summer will be the lucky owners of one of these rare, 60s-inspired dresses.
