Jordan Wavra is a certified personal trainer, mindful expert, health and lifestyle coach. She is always on her toes seeking new adventures. You can tell she lives a vibrant and healthy life from her physical appearance.

Wavra believes there is a strong connection between the body, soul, and mind. Therefore, having a positive mindset with natural energy leads to a quality life. Recently, she decided to run away from home life. Together with her family, they spend their good days on trips. They have an RV containing almost anything you may require while in a house.

She began her holistic journey when she was going through a difficult moment. At six, she had chronic stomach pain, which brought stress and loss of weight. So Jordan Wavra started working on her health while studying nutrition.

Currently, Jordan Wavra is a grown lady working with a team of women who lives happier. She makes people feel confident in their bodies.

When I was young, I suffered from different diseases that affected my body. I was very thin, I started consulting doctors, but none of them gave me the correct remedy. That is when stress hit me and affected every part of my body. Finally, I met a holistic practitioner who opened a new world of healing modalities.

I worked with him for six months, and I felt better. She taught me how important my nutrition was about the mind. After giving birth, I decided to stay at home for a while. At this moment, I thought about setting up my coaching business, hence the evolution of Jordan Wavra Coaching LLC.

My typical day starts at exactly 5:00 am regardless of holiday or weekend. Meditation is the first thing before jumping into a journal. At around 6:00 am, I will write a blog and plan my daily tasks. Workout is essential to your health, so don’t forget that. Finally, at exactly 9:00 am, I am ready to receive any client.

I will look into emails to answer the most significant ones. Then I make coaching calls. After that, I will take a 1-hour break to play with my son and remain active in the afternoon. Before 4:00 pm, I have to work on my assignments because I am also taking a new holistic nutrition course. From 4:30 pm, I put away anything related to my business; it’s time for my family.

Rarely do I miss my morning routine. It makes me stay on track. Meditation and reading journals help in retrieving very significant ideas. Whenever I feel something new is coming up, I have to think twice about it. Then I decide which steps will result in a positive goal. Over time, the idea becomes a solution.

To remain productive, I have always maintained my routine of going to bed and getting up early. I don’t mind whether I am on a date, traveling, or vacation. Exercising is part of me.

To a younger Jordan Wavra, you will feel free after speaking the truth. Lies drag you behind and become luggage, which is called stress. It’s fine if you find a plan to set your daily goals and make sure you achieve them. Then, reflect on what you have done, then congratulate yourself.

It’s true; every business has its secretive strategy to expand its roots. I host many free zoom meetings. Furthermore, I use my social media to the maximum, sometimes I go live on IGTV to get my Instagram audience. Also, writing has been my culture; I will post two or three blogs on my websites. Sometimes I reach out to podcasts to share my knowledge with the available audience.

We had a time in my life when I started a program that got zero clients for three months. It hit me badly, and I thought I was bad at the service I wanted to offer. After some weeks of deep thinking, I decided to offer the program free of charge to my Facebook community fans. That was the opening of my new life; I got almost 100 positive responses. It gave me confidence and motivation to continue doing it.

When it comes to software, I cherish google calendar. It reminds me of important dates and projects I must be working on.

Books are a source of knowledge. So to the audience, go and read David Hawkins’ book titled “Letting Go.” It takes away your mind, then brings it back when you are full of thoughts.
