According to news from the Sankei newspaper published on Wednesday, the Japanese government reportedly plans to discuss with South Korea and the United States in Hiroshima on May 21.

Sankei said that the meetings, scheduled for the final day of the Group of Seven summit, will focus on improving security cooperation and relations between Japan and South Korea.

Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima is where Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol will pay their respects to the victims of the atomic bombing of Korea, according to the newspaper.
