In 2008, Justin Beauregard started his journey as a marketer. She worked in a sales training department that made the company realize an increase in revenue by over 40%. Within a short period, the company’s marketing list grew from 500 to 15000+ contracts.

Furthermore, the rate of email bounce decreased by 10%. Justine Beauregard expanded her territory, writing solutions to other high-level executives for public companies. The CEO of the company sold it for $30M.

Justine then opts to look for a more challenging environment. There was a local startup that she joined as a 35th employee. In the marketing department, she had two other guys. In a few months, the company’s organic traffic had increased by 25%. Like the first company, this startup was sold after six months in operation. In 2012, Justin Beauregard got an offer as a management lead in a publishing company. She led the company’s rebranding, which later made a profit of 600%. The amount spent on the marketing department was also saved by 50%. The same process happened; the company was absorbed for $300 million.

At that moment, she had to move with the company as a marketing urgency. She was among the top leads in developing marketing strategies that saw the company double its revenue. In this new company, she chaired the department alone, and this was so easy in making decisions. Daily, Justine could develop marketing content and distribute it to potential clients. She learned the best way to leverage the budget for maximum growth.

This is how Mirella came up in 2014. Immediately after helping a nonprofit company raise $750K, she left to set up her startup. Its main role is to assist small businesses and startups to expand and grow their roots quickly with minor resources.

The Mirella Marketing LLC has a continuous referral program that has helped hundreds of businesses scale up and grow. Justine’s ideas have been published in popular journals and magazines like FitSmalllBusiness.com, CIO.com, and Business2Community.com. In addition, she helps entrepreneurs rest their minds, have fun and grow personally through Growth Mindset Marketers Community.

I set up Growth Mindset Marketers to allow people to expand their small businesses and grow their minds. Anyone in need of marketing support could approach me for help. At the end, my ideas turns out to be successful. That’s how I satisfy the desires of everyone who comes along for consulting Growth Mindset Marketers.

My typical day varies from time to time. I always wake up with gratitude and positive vibes that feel my head for a successful day. A cup of coffee is very important while reviewing my tasks, which I added to Trello at night. Batches help in maximizing the available time and focusing on essential things. I also set aside a special time for inspiration.

Bringing ideas to life requires one to act rather than more theory. When I have an idea, I will set up a goal and apply my experience to turn it into a solution. You have to turn small ideas into something big. Thinking too much sometimes doesn’t help. It will hinder your mind and make it stick to a single idea. Be ready for new challenges daily.

I would rather work on one task many times than struggle with many things at the same time. My brain becomes consistent when I want to learn something new. Some activities I employ daily are writing, scheduling, and designing. Planning ahead is what I respect most. This helps to avoid procrastination, which is a killer disease to consistency.

To a younger Justine Beauregard, be unapologetic. Don’t forget that you are alone during tough moments, so be yourself. Your audience is always there whenever you come up with new things. I mean, there is a share for everybody. Don’t mimic successful people, but be you and do what can drive you to that top level. Please sit back and see what you are good at, then work on it like you will die tomorrow.

I am 100% sure that most people won’t agree with this. But here is the fact, ‘you don’t need to do everything to achieve all’. Most businesses like networking, blogging, and social media aren’t the only way to market their products. This is the worst myth by sellers of the related companies. I engage in the things that I am capable of, and the audience follows me. Reaching customers with first-hand information has worked for my urgency. I have used this method in many companies, and the results come out positive.

I really like to optimize everything. Whenever I am awake, I imagine the best way to expand my marketing ability. Meditation helps me come up with the best way to transfer a message to a specific audience. The minor tweaks I have employed in my strategy have been successful. Almost 90% of the emails I sent get positive feedback. This is the way I have set up my business. Many small businesses have used my skills and won in the real world.

I can say that using referrals has made my business grow. Since I started my urgency, I don’t think there is even a coin I spend to market the firm. My brand is all about referrals after positive services. My goal is always to over-deliver, then let the client do the necessary. Sometimes I will tell them about my referral program, and most of them are good at this. Incentives for any referral have made many startups to return for services with their partners.

This is automatic, be ready to fail. In my first quarter with Growth Mindset Marketers, I made no coin. My savings were the only money I survived with. A week later, I booked a life coach who gave me some encouragement and motivation. I secured a client immediately the fourth month dodged. The task was simple, and I made sure his business had grown from $3K to $70K in one month. Since then, I have never struggled to look for clients. In fact, orders nowadays are overwhelming.

To those individuals who are in search of business ideas. Kindly start a business to help disabled people begin their startups. Some have ideas and capabilities, but they don’t have enough support. This would make them feel like they are not being left behind. It will have an impact on the economy of the world.

If someone gives me $100, this is good money to purchase a new theme from web flow or WordPress for my site. Buying direct saves a lot of time. Furthermore, it’s the easiest way than hiring a web developer who will demand money dollars.

Toggle is my daily software. The time tracker is the best functionality I love about this software. I wish I could talk to the CEO of the company. In addition, Toggle makes the billing process for clients manageable. What makes it my type is the fact that it’s free. You need to pay 0 cents to enjoy their service. I can support Trello too, but you don’t have to pay for everything in life.

Simon Sinek wrote the book “Anything,” which has attracted my soul for many years. I read the book frequently and get different ideas. To add to that, “Leaders Eat Last” is another awesome inspirational book with outstanding features. These two books led to the launching of my hustle Mirella LLC and ‘Growth Mindset Marketers’. For those who haven’t realized the power of reading, grab any of these novels. They open up your mind. You can begin something even without any income.

Whenever I want to procrastinate something, I will remind myself about “Yesterday you said tomorrow.” By this, I recall it’s better to act rather than much talking. You are making excuses that won’t add any value to your life. Start from where you are with the available resources—no company starts at the top.

Be thankful for any steps you have taken. Remember where you started and give yourself motivation. Investing the small amount you have in a cheap business is helpful. Expensive doesn’t mean it’s the best. Be smart and stay focused on your timetable. Then, don’t rush. It is never easy to run your own business. But consistency and perseverance are the key.
