With steep earnings upwards of $51 million, Sandra Bullock holds the top spot as the highest-earning actress in Hollywood between June 2013 and June 2014. In 2013, the “Miss Congeniality” actress starred in the risky, yet wildly successful blockbuster, “Gravity.” The film riled up $716 million at the global box office and landed seven out of 10 of its Oscar nominations. The movie’s success catapulted Bullock high above other actress’ earnings.

Behind the “Blind Side” actress is “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence at an estimated income of $34 million. The quirky star also recently appeared in “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” one of the highest-grossing movies in the X-Men series. Following Lawrence is Jennifer Aniston at $31 million, Gwyneth Paltrow at $19 million and Angelina Jolie, who has fallen from her top spot last year, at $18 million. In sixth place comes Cameron Diaz at $18 million, followed by Scarlett Johansson at $17 million, Amy Adams at $13 million, Natalie Portman at $13 million and Kristen Stewart at $12 million.

While women in Hollywood are certainly earning the big bucks, Forbes points out that women are still earning significantly less than men in the industry. The list of the top ten earning men reveals their combined worth nearly double that of the women’s combined worth. The top ten earning actors earned a combined $419 million while women earned $226 million. Robert Downey Jr. topped the men’s list at $75 million—almost $25 million more than Bullock.
