What does DealBox do?

DealBox is a centralized, secure location for all deal-related assets inside DealHub’s DealRoom digital sales room.

DealBox lets users save and share deal-related material and files, such as presentations, videos, mockups, and more, in a way similar to a virtual data room.

DealBox is a feature in DealRoom that lets users safely store content, information, and other materials linked to deals. DealBox lets you share files safely and gives you complete control over making, changing, and showing materials. Users will only be able to see relevant content based on the amount of permission they have.

How to Make DealBox and DealRoom Work Together

DealBox and DealRoom have changed how B2B buyers do business by putting sellers and potential buyers in touch with each other in real-time.

A DealRoom is a personalized online sales space with all the technology, papers, and information needed to close deals. A branded DealRoom makes a more vital link between the buyer and seller by working like a collaborative microsite.

DealRoom is a central location for all contract files, such as legal papers, agreements, etc. With the addition of DealBox, DealRoom now makes it easier to share other documents, files, and materials related to the deal. Stakeholders can now read, comment, download, and share these materials. PDF, JPEG, PPTX, and MP4 files can all be opened in DealBox.

What DealBox Can Do Inside DealRoom

The DealBox is a tool inside the DealRoom that can do the following:

  • Add or remove files and folders
  • Set the usual files for each DealRoom
  • Allow downloading
  • Add notes to files
  • Get alerts when things happen (files being added, removed, downloaded, etc.)
  • Check what the person did.

Permissions for DealBox

People who want to buy or sell things in DealBox are given rights. Only Signed In DealRoom users (not guests) can add files based on their approval level. Users can be given the correct permissions to delete or post files and leave comments on them.

It can be set up so that files can’t be erased in the public DealRoom, and protected files can be locked.

Deal Box’s Deal Tracking makes closing deals easier, smarter, and faster. DealStream buyer purpose tracking tracks what buyers do in DealRoom and DealBox. DealStream data helps sales reps follow up with stakeholders smartly so they can close deals confidently.

Why both buyers and sellers need DealBox

You might be able to share files and work together on them with online file-sharing services like Google Drive and OneDrive, but these services aren’t made to keep your most private and financial information safe. Anyone who opens a shared document can read, copy, or delete it, but you won’t know which.

It is a safe online place where sales teams can keep private information about a deal. Businesses can decide what information to share with different groups of people based on their permission level. With the DealStream tool, sales teams also get signals from buyers that help them close deals faster.

It helps buyers in several ways during the sales process. It lowers the operational costs of reviewing sales proposal documents and assets, speeds up and improves the efficiency of finishing deals, and ensures that private deal information is kept safer.
