The idea of SHIFT AGENCY started after my first watch company that flourished in the market. My watch startup earned a revenue of $1.3 million within the first 6 months by using Instagram and Facebook adverts only. Throughout the journey, I learned a lot. I absorbed conversion rate optimization skills as well as email marketing. At first, I wanted to launch a shifting agency with my co-founder Dorian Reeves. He was perfect when it came to making a relationship with people. I guess he could generate the right data that my company needed.
I always start my day at 7 AM. Taking a shower in the morning is something I hate but I have to. Then, I jump to my breakfast before having a moment with my computer. At exactly 8:30 AM, I leave for my office in Montreal.
Trello helps me prepare a to-do list as I prioritize some important activities. Throughout the day, I will receive 2-3 essential calls. This behavior has made me connect with people in physical presence rather than spending time on my phones. Sometimes when you work on a computer for many hours it becomes draining.
As an entrepreneur, I believe in teamwork. We share ideas and come up with the best way to handle tasks. Every week, we set aside some two hours when everyone will come up with an idea. So we weigh whichever is heavier and productive. After making the final decision, we transform the idea into a real-world task.
Since the day I started running Shift Agency, I have seen changes in the way we handle each other. People are maintaining equality value, which has been lacking in society. In the past, greedy people used Instagram for malicious activities. It reached a moment when I had to set up different Instagram accounts for advertising purposes. Other topics that interest me are social movements, climate change, and the philanthropic act.
I stay productive because of the respect I have for Trello. All appreciation goes to the Trello CEO. The software is simple and easy to use. It reminds me of the things I must do.
To my younger self, think about the future goals rather than the current situation. In some moments, I always forget what I want in life. Furthermore, going fast or starting early is something essential in life.

The best book I have always read is “The Millionaire Fastlane”. It makes one have the urge to become an entrepreneur. I advise every entrepreneur or businessperson to read. It has all the tricks and ways you can apply to grow your business.
