From fighting depression and anxiety, Andrew Hughes saw life as something without meaning. He was trying to learn the way society describes people and their expectations. The young CEO wanted to get the real meaning of success in life.

Despite having a degree, a good career, and a stable relationship, Andrew Hughes was still not content with the life he lived. At some point, things became tough, and he looked like the best failure in life. That’s when he came to realize how a person’s dream depends on others too. The young man had to embrace the unknown and uncomfortable situation in his life.

Andrew Hughes then started appreciating the good things he had achieved. He learned that no family or person was perfect, and life has its changes too. However smart or blessed one is, there is always a loophole for backward pull. Currently, Andrew is the co-director and guider to individuals who are seeking motivation and inspiration in life.

My idea about “Seeking Beyond The Summit” came after many years on expeditions across the world. I used to travel a lot to the mountains, climb and enjoy the cool breeze and white snow. But then, I realized it was all vanity trying to squander the best values in life. I could not find the best way to share my experience with people.

From my knowledge, I believe the greatest achievement is when you share your journey with many people at least it can change their life. After a long time of mind-blowing, I decided to create

a platform where everyone could share their experiences. My idea was to come up with a space where individuals could inspire, advocate, and discourse what one needs to do to achieve great things.

As a solo entrepreneur, you have to maximize the available time in a day. Your schedule must not miss some important activities. I always commence my day with meditation frames, very early in the morning. Then, I do minor exercise, you know getting the energy to climb mountains is not a joke. When I am fresh, I leave for my office at around 8:00 am.

Emails and calls over meetings are the first things I target. I have to reply to important messages or calls as soon as possible. I will ensure I look at the project and how my team is progressing.

My evenings are always filled with pleasure as I try to reconnect with unknown people or friends. Books are something essential in my life. I will spare a single hour to expand my knowledge. That’s the moment I try to keep away from the computer screen. Gratitude is part of my daily journey before I leave the office.

At around 5:00 pm, I am at home to bond with my family. Sleep is something essential in a person’s life. Believe me, I do sleep for approximately 8 hours to make my mind fresh for another day’s task.

The power of positivity, patience, and perseverance are my co-values to bring turning ideas into productive things.  It was obvious that an idea wouldn’t manifest and sprang itself into a fully ready-made product. All the ideas that spring into your mind will never come to reality. It depends on the way you reason.

When you try to turn an idea into something important, then it becomes hard to let it go. Perseverance will help you uproot things that could waste your resources. It’s a best practice because tomorrow you might work on another idea and become successful without struggling.

A positive mind will always drive me to work with things I have believed in. If I weigh the importance of the idea in my life or business, I will ensure I am focused on it.

If you have a positive mindset, it will help you eliminate the minor defaults in your project. Let’s be aware that not all the ideas we ever hoped for exist in reality. But a person’s life should be open to as many ideas as possible. It’s difficult to know which idea will shape your life.

Automation is the best trend that makes me happy. It’s both comfortable and disruptive at the same time. Caring for both our planet and the labor forces is productive.  People are trying to bring safety to all industries while remaining efficient in their jobs. Others have concentrated on changing the climate and having a positive impact on the environment.

The automation process results in the utilization of the available resources to the maximum.  People on the planet have strained a lot, so it’s time to give machines a humble time to perform some repetitive tasks. I fear that the next generation will have deficits in the number of jobs. Those technologies and innovations are making the labor industry shrink. But people must think deeply about the ways to retrench job opportunities. The displaced people have to get a space in the industry.

Rarely do I lack a list on my table. Daily, I will clear my mind by writing down the important facts and tasks for the next projects. Furthermore, I make a priority list to identify the best thing to do first. It reminds me to be efficient in my tasks. Sometimes I feel a load on my back during the early stages of a new project. The pressure that comes along is too much. But when I have written down the plans, I feel relieved. It allows one to remain productive and have a better workflow working on a project.

To a younger Andrew Hughes, do not let fear cover your whole life. Embrace things that can make you happy. It’s always a struggle when younger people try to do things that will let them be seen as superior with friends or relatives. That is a waste of time when you try to make other people happy. Take that priority and transform the energy into your life. Weigh your success and failures. I have struggled just like any other human being. But your struggle always gives you a positive character, it is worth your time. Over a period you will become great. Another character has been through the difficulties you pass through.

Younger people should try to be different and discover their potential. It’s through a trial that you will know your real potential. All the remaining become the work of a positive mind, have hopes, and play your part.

I believe in self-care, and many people around me will agree with this. But self-care demands pain and discomfort in life. The world is full of painful joints, and discomfort. Sometimes things look easier to make, which brings contradiction.

When one strips away, it changes to comfort, but it serves as a temporary goal. When you spend some days being in your comfort zone, their mental, emotional, and physical pain starts emerging. Self-care is all about struggle and never a spa feeling.

As an entrepreneur, you must be ready to invest in potential ideas and be willing to give it your all. Many people are afraid when it comes to taking risks. It’s true, the negative result can be discouraging, but it’s worth a learning process. The risk is when we can try to tempt our inner soul to achieve inevitable things.

You will get many opportunities when you try to invest in yourself and your business. The struggle while implementing an idea gives you more strength. Swim in those things that feel uncomfortable and fish out your dream.

The ability to pursue any new opportunity has helped me to expand my business. I have been able to diversify most of my projects into things I never imagined off. Just like writers say, during the end of a novel, it’s when ideas fill your mind. My business is in the middle of all industries, there is no endless portion in it. I keep on editing my projects to make sure I grow daily.

For sure, I have made many mistakes in life. Immediately after graduating from Law school, I joined politics. I signed up to vie for US congressperson, and yet I had never led people professionally. Throughout the journey, I invested my power, emotions, and finances. In the final attempt, I finish the race as a second runner-up. That was when I learned about what I wanted in life. It’s through politics that other doors open wide. It’s that failure that motivated me to know my path.

For anyone who wants to venture into the mountain business, there is a gap in physical therapy and mountain massage. In my company, we have 7 camps where individuals rest after a long journey of walking on the mountains. I am trying to team up with a variety of companies to introduce the service. One has to pay a certain amount to get a massage.

My favorite book is “The wisdom of Insecurity” by Alan Watts. It was written some years ago, but it has been loyal and helpful in my journey. The book has many challenging ideas that make one think deeply about the real meaning of life. During my low moments, I would remind myself what Ernest Hemingway said. “The world breaks everyone, and afterward many are strong at the broken places.”
