Philadelphia Stars are Being Sued After Dog Reportedly Attacked a 19-month-old

According to TMZ reports on Mon., Jun. 16, “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” stars Kaitlin Olson (Dee) and Rob McElhenney (Mac) are being sued after their dog reportedly attacked a 19-month-old. Allegedly, the couple’s German shepherd bit the toddler in the face.

A lawsuit was filed Mon. in L.A. Superior Court against Olson, 38, and McElhenney, 37. The incident occurred in 2012 during the married couple’s Father’s Day party. Julie DeLagarde, the mother of the toddler, made it clear that she did not want her daughter near their dog, however they continuously did not leash the dog. Apparently, the dog was unleashed when it attacked the young child “without provocation.”

This is especially surprising since the Always Sunny couple are parents to toddlers themselves. They have two children, Axel Lee, 3, and Leo Grey, 2.

DeLagarde explained the trauma in graphic detail saying that her daughter’s mouth, and part of her cheek, had been “hanging off with all the insides of her face exposed and blood streaming everywhere.”

DeLagarde is demanding unspecified damages to cover the costs of extra plastic surgery in order to avoid leaving her child with lifelong scars.
