Abraham Lieberman is the co-founder and CEO of Click Talent. He is also a marketing influencer, turning online social media followers into customers.
When he was 18 years of age, he enrolled in the Israel military as a First Class – Staff Sergeant. He was allocated to take care of properties in the Southern District. While on that job, he also worked as a social media freelancer. He collaborated with many new mobile app startups to promote their brands. Lieberman brought some new US tactics to the Israeli marketing industry. Abraham Lieberman had the skills and knowledge on how to attract Gen Z . The officer went ahead to look for other influencers who could write quality content about those new apps that approached him.
Abraham Lieberman was only 21 years old when he decided to start his own company to utilize the young content creators’ talent. The main reason for the creation of the startup was to offer a platform where the young talented influencers could utilize their skills. It was to give them more exposure and support their dreams as they learn and grow their careers.
Over time, he noticed how many new social platforms struggled with the production of the best content. He wanted to bridge between influencers and mobile apps. Abraham Lieberman had signed contracts with companies. Furthermore, he left the Israel military job to focus on Click talent.
He was the CEO at the same time, a student at IDC University in Herzliya. Abraham wanted to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. After two weeks, he realized how hard it was to balance between the company and school. So, he gave education a break to fully concentrate on the company.
He turned the company into a corporation. Abraham Lieberman later moved to Angelos, where he settled with his family. Abraham believes experience is the best form of education.
I can’t relate well to how the idea came up, but I remember working for a Turkish social media platform as a consultant. I was only 19 years when those companies noticed my attention. They gave me the role of recruiting, managing, and training new content creators daily. They also gave me the mandate to produce English content for the US division of the app. This was to diversify the app to be used worldwide.
Alongside another consultant, I could gain almost 60 new creators while my partners bring only 10 people per week. At one point they wanted to close the US division. So I opted to learn software engineering skills. I became a web developer working as a freelancer.
After 2 months, a friend told me about an offer from a social video platform. So the Israel company had an interest in my skills. Within a short time, I started getting appreciation for my hard work and influential culture on social media. I received another call from one of the biggest DJs in Israel who wanted my experience on their social media platform. This pressure gave birth to the Click Talent company. I set up a corporation to train young influencers on how they can transform their skills into full-time jobs.
Of course, we are unique and competitive in the market. We only deal with new social media platforms. Our quality content engages the audience throughout the entertainment world. It’s not about doing normal social media influencing, we specialize in our area.
Since 2017, we have managed to work with all the social video apps from a variety of countries. I guess no company has achieved that. When I see my friends, family, and relatives succeed, I feel happy. Imagine you were walking around the streets, then you hear people talking positively about you. That’s an achievement.
I like when my colleagues leave their jobs to set up their own business. Most of the time, I will support their business to ensure they grow big. It brings a sense of importance to my life.
Challenges are always there, and you can’t run away from them. The only thing is to grow strong and look for ways to handle them. I once stayed in China, where the national government is sometimes on bad terms with the US. They blocked all social media platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Google. That hit me right because I depend on these apps to run my company. I had to adapt to the situation and come up with a variety of solutions to grow my company.
