According to Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates have inked a comprehensive economic partnership pact to increase trade.

Speaking in Istanbul, Erdogan stated that the deal would usher in a new era in economic and trade relations. He also expressed his confidence that it would allow commerce between the two nations to reach $25 billion in five years.
