I was working for Otkryte company, where I learned selling tips. I met my friends who had made some applications with the other two programmers. Then, just as a joke, I sent out emails offering to sell the website. Within a few days, I got a client. The idea of the company then loomed in. Furthermore, my nation has had difficulty using its currency due to lack of stablecoin. This even pushed us to start and run an IT company.

My typical day starts at 4:00 am. Emails are my priority before answering essential calls. After giving feedback, I will have a heavy breakfast. At around 8:00 am, I leave for my office. Within the day, I will read some articles and indulge in research. There is a daily meeting with all PMs and the marketing department. In the evening, I usually receive multiple calls from clients. If I am okay at night, I will continue with my hypothesis. Food is my other priority.

When it comes to turning ideas into solutions, I test almost everything that comes to mind. In most situations, I will try to implement it. If the view adds up, I will invite team members to review it.

To remain productive, I sleep for a few hours then work hard during the day. I am a firm believer in education. I get much interest in the Artificial intelligence trends.

To a young Maksym Babych study English while younger. I hated myself at 20 because I could not even construct a sentence in Native English. But currently, I am a fluent writer and speaker.

The thing I repeat in my daily operation is research. If you have never done hypothesis testing, you won’t know the surrounding pressure. It’s very significant when you read facts rather than depending on other people’s rumors. It’s true, I can’t research everything, but I know I do a lot.

When you focus on what you do well, that is a positive strategy. Don’t spread too much, especially when you are a leader in a company. Outsourcing products for my client has led me to many problems. The main reason was that I was doing other things like setting up an IT school while launching different products. That was too much for me. But the moment I focused on outsourcing only, everything went right.

Yes, there is always a failure in business. My first product did not perform well in the market. I had wasted the whole year working on a single project. The idea was from a person, and I did not think twice, we swarmed directly into implementation. We spent more money, and later I realized it wasn’t making sense. I did not research on similar products released by NVIDIA or Google during the early stage. After seven months, I approached the issue from a different angle. I consulted experienced mentors who gave me a piece of their minds. At long last, I found the users of the product.

The hardship during the early stages of products is verification. Automating the process would be a big business if someone built that before my company. The software should analyze all the company’s projects and verify the most important ones. This will accelerate the process and give minor startups enough time to make the product.

Trello has been my best friend in the software industry. The application is simple and easy to use on computers or mobile phones.
